Your Assessment

Your journey here starts with our assessment process as taught by the CHEK Institute. We assess everything from the top of your head (and what’s inside it) to your big toe.

This process gives us an eagle eye view of what’s going on for you and allows us to zoom in on any problems.

 

If the real problem or source of your pain is elsewhere in the musculoskeletal system or some where else entirely we’ll find it!

Your Program

Your assessment shows us in detail where you are, a retrospective analysis shows us where you want to be and your tailor made health and exercise program takes you there.

This program will give you a new respect and understanding of your body and how it functions, you will gain strength and structural balance and learn to move more effectively.

Our Focus

Holistic Health and Lifestyle Coaching can be done online via Zoom.

 

The focus is on behavioural change and your diet + lifestyle habits, your thoughts and beliefs and more than anything YOU and creating a healthy, happy, meaningful life.

Your Program

We tailor make every program to suit individual needs.

 

This is not a diet and health ‘plan’ as much as it is an apprenticeship in understanding your body, learning it’s language and fulfilling its unique needs in order for you to heal and grow.

Our Focus

Our focus with these sessions is on achieving optimal performance with minimal time spent in the gym through the intelligent use of training and recovery principles and a sound understanding of physiology.

Your Program

Once we’ve assessed where you’re at and where you want to get to we have a focus on building strength through the big barbell lifts and improving mobility, movement quality, co-ordination and skill relative to your needs.

​

Hybrid Strength and Fitness sessions can be done 1 on 1 or in small groups of up to 4 people who share similar goals.

​

Training is periodised to maximise strength, speed, power and endurance without losing your hard earned gains.
