1. The Signature 1:1 "Hybrid" Session
These are not standard PT sessions. They are a high-level blend of Strength & Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, and Manual Therapy. Each week, we spend a focused hour ensuring your joints and tissues are moving correctly through hands-on work, before progressing your personalized program. As you move out of pain and build stability, we transition from corrective work to functional strength and lifting heavy to get you lean, fit, and resilient.

2. Dual Accountability & Movement Sessions
Twice per week, you’ll join a small group in the studio to execute your personalized program under my watchful eye. This ensures your form remains perfect and your intensity stays on track, providing the consistency needed for a true transformation without the 1:1 price tag for every hour.

Transformation happens in the 165 hours a week you aren't with me. You get full access to:
