I’m Gus, founder of Wise Moves and a Health Coach with over 20 years of experience working with thousands of people across a wide range of health and movement challenges.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people dealing with chronic pain, injuries, stress, low energy, and everything in between.

What I’ve seen time and time again is that most people aren’t lacking effort.

 

They’re just not following an approach that actually works for their body.

Most people don’t need more intensity or more complicated programs.

 

They need the right kind of movement, a bit of structure, and an environment that supports them to stay consistent.

That’s why I’ve shifted away from traditional personal training and started building something more community-focused.

The goal is simple.

 

To help people feel better in their body, build strength in a sustainable way, and have a space where they feel supported along the way.
