After 2 decades in the health and fitness industry, my personal philosophy has evolved. Like many of my clients, I’ve realized that the 'grind' of my 20s doesn't serve the body I have in my 40s. Pushing through intense cardio and heavy weights every day no longer yields the same results—it just leads to burnout and injury.

Today, I balance my fitness with the realities of running a business and raising a family. I’ve learned that when time is your most valuable resource, precision is everything. 

​​

This shift is at the heart of how I train my clients. I don't believe in more work; I believe in better work. I use a less is more methodology, focusing on high-impact choice of exercise paired with deep education on health, lifestyle and recovery.

 

We don't just train harder; we train smarter to ensure you stay strong, mobile, and energized for the life you live outside the gym.

A Career Built at the Highest Levels

My journey began in 2003 in the Sydney CBD, but it has taken me across the globe and into the boardrooms of Australia’s top companies. Before opening my private studio here in Bensville, I spent years leading elite teams and managing high-end clinics:

  • Momentum for Life (Mosman): Managing a high-performance personal training team.

  • Origin of Energy (Bondi Junction): Managing a cutting-edge functional health facility.

  • CHEK Institute (St Leonards): Operating a specialized wellness clinic focused on deep-dive holistic health.

Beyond the gym floor, I am a regular presenter for the About My Brain Institute, where I teach the Gut-Brain connection to teams at Microsoft, ASX, and the NSW Department of Resources. I’ve shared these insights at Vivid Festival and continue to teach at the i4 Neuroleader™ certification retreats both in Australia and overseas.
