This is for you if you suffer from chronic pain and/or recurrent injuries of any sort and have not been able to overcome it with conventional means.
Your journey here starts with my assessment process as taught by the CHEK Institute. We assess everything from the top of your head (and what’s inside it) to your big toe.
This process gives me an eagle eye view of what’s going on for you and allows me to zoom in on any problems.
If the real problem or source of your pain is elsewhere in the musculoskeletal system or some where else entirely I'll find it!

This is for you if your health is holding you back in any way. Low energy, problems sleeping, allergies, digestive issues, skin problems, depression and/or anxiety or just feeling “off” are all symptoms of poor health.

This is the accumulation of everything I’ve learnt in 17 years working not just with patients with chronic pain and injuries but with athletes of all sorts, mums ,dads, kids, dogs and grandparents.
These sessions combine functional strength patterns with real raw strength training, swiss balls and corrective exercise and everything in between. They adapt to the needs of your body and your goals.
