CORRECTIVE EXERCISE AND REHABILITATION

Corrective exercise creates long term change to muscles, joints and the nervous system. It allows us to unravel old patterns of dysfunction that might be causing pain. My integrated approach looks beyond your structure, at what else might be contributing to your pain.

All my corrective and rehabilitation programs start with your assessment.

 

In short this is where we uncover why you're in pain and what you need to do about it.

I look beyond just your biomechanics, to whatever else may be contributing to your pain.

 

Is your dysfunction coming from below at your feet or from above at the head, neck or jaw? Is there an inflammatory issue coming from your gut or somewhere else entirely?

Once I've assessed what the problem is I design your personalised, exercise, diet and lifestyle program and we work together to change the underlying cause of your pain and to build a strong, healthy and resilient body that allows you to live your best life.

This process allows me to get to the bottom of deeply rooted pain and see results where other approaches have failed.

PERSONAL AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Not everyone needs rehab or corrective exercise. If you are looking for personal training with brains then these sessions are for you

Personal Training is done either one on one or in small groups of up to 4 people.

 

Each participant works on their own program tailored to their unique biomechanical needs and goals.

The focus of these sessions is: building strength and fitness in a safe supportive environment alongside likeminded people. 

We get together 1-3x/week face to face for exercise and once a week for diet and lifestyle coaching on Zoom.

THE REAL HEALTH EXPERIENCE ONLINE COURSE AND COACHING PROGRTAM

Ever wondered what you should be eating, how much or in what ratios? Ever wondered whether there’s truth in something you heard about sleep and heart health or the gut and it’s role in mental health?

I believe that health is the very foundation of fitness and that poor health can manifest itself as pain, fatigue, getting sick too often, depression/anxiety and even diseases.

A proper education and understanding of your own body is the missing link and can put an end to a lifetime of body challenges.

The Real Health Experience online course and coaching program includes an online portal to courses on nutrition, gut health and detoxification and weekly Zoom Q+A calls. It is included free with all my other programs or as a stand alone service.
