This is for athletes with sports specific goals or recurrent injuries or anyone with chronic pain or complex musculoskeletal challenges.

This is where I unleash every tool in my kit. My assessment process and my clinical eye unravel pain and musculoskeletal problems and go way beyond treating symptoms to find the root cause of what's been keeping you stuck. We go way beyond general fitness to sports specific needs and splinter skills.

Sessions are like a mix of the best parts of PT, Strength & Conditioning and manual therapy all rolled together.

Health Coaching and Online Education

This is a standalone service and is offered to all my exercise clients alongside their training to support their goals. If you are out of area or don't require my help with exercise then this is for you.

​

Just as we all have different facial features and finger prints we also have unique biochemical needs. A diet that’s appropriate for one person may not be right for someone else. 

 

Our health coaching does not involve strict diet plans, mountains of salad or avoidance of all your favourite things. Instead we teach you to learn the language of your body so that you can create a harmonious relationship and allow optimal healing and recovery from your training.

- Develop a healthy relationship to food

-Learn how to eat for your unique needs

-Overcome chronic illness and health challenges 

-Never need to go on another diet again!

During this 2 hour consult we will:​​​

  • Assess your posture, pain& injuries and key movements to unravel what's been holding you back

  • Provide some hands-on treatment so you can move like you're 20 again

  • Discuss a plan moving forward to have you kicking the arse of your health and fitness goals without pain​​​​

  • Inspire you to make some serious changes to your diet and lifestyle that will serve you for life!
