I don't guess with your health; I assess. To build a body that lasts, we must first understand the unique story yours is telling. Every new member begins with a comprehensive, three-stage assessment process.

Step 1: The Deep-Dive Health & Lifestyle Audit

Before we pick up a weight, we sit down. We’ll discuss your orthopaedic history, old injuries, current areas of pain and lifestyle stressors. Because I look at the whole person, I also explore your diet, lifestyle habits, sleep quality, and relationship to your nervous system. This allows us me understand the "internal environment" that dictates how your body responds to exercise.

Step 2: The Orthopaedic & Biomechanical Mapping

Next, we move. I’ll take you through a detailed pain, posture & movement screen to identify postural imbalances, joint restrictions and compensatory movement patterns. Using evidence based, low tech assessment processes, I map your biomechanics to find the root cause of your aches and pains and any anomalies that will effect how you train. This ensures that every exercise we choose is not only safe but 100% right for your body and your goals.

Step 3: Your Optimal Health Roadmap

Finally, I’ll present your protocol. You’ll receive a personalised program that balances your Precision Dose training with a recovery and nutrition roadmap tailored to you. No matter where you are on your health and fitness journey you’ll be following a program designed specifically for you, your goals and your needs.
