AN EASY PLACE TO START
If you’ve been feeling stiff, stressed, or just not quite right in your body, this is the easiest way to begin.
The Thursday Reset is a weekly Tai Chi session designed to help you slow things down, move your body properly, and give yourself a bit of space to reset at the end of the week.
It’s not a workout in the traditional sense. There’s no pressure, no intensity, and no need to be “fit” to join.
It’s about:

reconnecting with your body

reducing tension and stress
-
improving balance and mobility
-
and just feeling better overall
This is where most people start.
It gives you a feel for how I work and helps you take that first step without overthinking it.

If you’re not sure what your body actually needs, or you feel like you’ve tried things before and nothing has worked, this is where we start.
This is a 2-hour one-on-one session where we take the time to properly understand what’s going on with your body.
We look at how you move, what you’ve been dealing with, what’s been working (and what hasn’t), and what you actually need moving forward.
This isn’t a quick session or a generic program.
It’s a proper deep dive so you leave with:

a clear understanding of your body

what’s been holding you back

and a simple, structured plan that makes sense for you
For a lot of people, this is the turning point.
It takes away the guesswork and gives you direction.

The Wise Moves Community is a small, supportive group designed for people who want to feel better in their body and stay consistent with their health long term.
This isn’t just about training.
It’s about having the right structure, the right support, and being around people who are working towards the same thing.
Inside the community, you’ll get:

small group sessions (max 4 people) so you’re supported properly

a personalised plan based on your 1:1 session

guidance around movement, recovery, and overall health

access to weekly Tai Chi sessions

ongoing support to help you stay consistent and keep progressing

a space where you actually feel comfortable showing up
